摘要
运用文献资料调研、数理分析等方法,在企业社会责任“四位一体”理论基础上,从利益相关者视角,对部分中超、CBA俱乐部所履行的社会责任与俱乐部竞争力之间的关系进行理论和实证分析,试图构建我国职业体育俱乐部企业社会责任竞争力模型。结果表明:我国职业体育俱乐部社会责任指标体系为6因子模型,包括责任管理、股东责任、消费者责任、合作伙伴责任、运动员及员工责任、环境责任;俱乐部对政府与社区承担的责任较少或信息披露不足;股东责任与责任管理对俱乐部竞争力的影响预测最大,可作为提升俱乐部社会责任竞争力的主要发力点;消费者责任、合作伙伴责任、运动员及员工责任、环境责任对俱乐部竞争力的影响预测相对较小,可作为提升俱乐部社会责任竞争力的主要基础点与稳定点。
Based on the theory of“four in one”of enterprise social responsibility and from the perspective of stakeholders,this paper conducted a theoretical and empirical analysis on the relationship between social responsibility and club competitiveness of some Chinese Super League and CBA clubs by using the methods of literature research and mathematical analysis,and tried to construct a model of enterprise social responsibility competitiveness of professional sports clubs in China.The results showed that:1)the enterprise social responsibility index system of professional sports clubs in China is a six-factor model,which includes responsibility management,shareholder responsibility,consumer responsibility,partner responsibility,athlete and employee responsibility and environmental responsibility;2)Clubs have less responsibility to the government and the community or insufficient information disclosure;3)Shareholder responsibility and responsibility management have the greatest impact on the competitiveness of clubs,which can be used as the main driving force to enhance the competitiveness of clubs'social responsibility.Consumer responsibility,partner responsibility,athletes'and employees'responsibility and environmental responsibility have relatively small impact on the competitiveness of clubs,which can be used as the main basis and stability point to enhance the competitiveness of clubs'social responsibility.
