摘要
针对我国饲料企业的发展,本文对其外部环境现状及内部管理现状进行了介绍,对大数据时代下饲料企业的研发效率、内控管理、营销策略、人才引进等进行了分析,以帮助饲料企业提升核心竞争力,加强内部管理,促进饲料企业的发展。
According to the development of the feed enterprise in our country,this paper introduced the current situation of external environment and internal management of feed enterprises in China,analyzed the research and development efficiency,internal control management,marketing strategy and talent introduction of feed enterprises in the era of big data,so as to help feed enterprises improve their core competitiveness,strengthen internal management and promote the development of feed enterprises.
