摘要
为研究锈蚀对新型剪力连接件抗剪性能的影响,本文利用外加电流加速锈蚀法对间断式开孔钢板连接件进行快速锈蚀处理,以设计锈蚀率为变量设计3组共6个推出试件,并利用有限元模型分别就开孔钢板与贯穿筋的锈蚀对连接件抗剪性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:在锈蚀率较低时,开孔钢板的锈蚀会增大接触面的黏结力,从而提高结构的初始刚度与极限承载力;随着锈蚀率进一步增加,结合面产生的锈胀裂缝导致钢混之间的黏结失效,连接件抗剪性能大幅降低;贯穿筋在锈蚀率达到10%时,连接件极限承载力仅下降5%,初始刚度几乎无衰减。
To study the effect of corrosion on the shear resistance of new type shear connectors,a rapid corrosion treatment of discontinuous perfobond rib connectors was carried out by using the accelerated corrosion method of applied current.Three groups of 6 push-out specimens were designed with design corrosion rate as variable.Then the effects of corrosion of perfobond and transverse rebar on shear resistance of joints were studied by using finite element model.Results showed that when the corrosion rate was low,the corrosion of the perfobond would increase the bonding force of the contact surface,thus improving the initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the structure.With the further increase in the corrosion rate,the expansion cracks on the contact surface lead to the bonding failure between steel and concrete,and the shear resistance of the structure was sharply reduced.When the corrosion rate of the transverse rebar reached 10%,the ultimate bearing capacity of the connection decreased by only 5%,and the initial stiffness hardly decreased.
