摘要
针对机械加工过程中存在的不确定性,指标的权重用区间数表示更加符合实际,为此提出一种新的绿色工艺方案决策方法。建立绿色工艺方案决策指标体系,并利用区间层次分析法确定指标权重集;结合区间数理论,建立基于区间数相对优势度的绿色工艺方案决策模型;对后横梁的3套工艺方案进行决策,验证了该决策模型的可行性和实用性。
Aimed at the uncertainty of mechanical processing,it is more practical to use the interval number to represent the weight of the index.So a new green process plan decision method was proposed.The green process plan decision index system was established,and the index weight set was determined by using interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP).Combined with the interval number theory,the green process plan decision model was established based on the interval number relative dominance.The feasibility and practicability of the decision model were verified by making a decision on 3 sets of process plans for rear beam.
