摘要
化学试剂在高校科研及教学中均扮演重要角色,但是大部分化学试剂都存在潜在危害,因此正确使用化学试剂是实验室安全运行的有力保障,然而现阶段实验人员或者对化学试剂化学性质知之甚少,或者麻痹大意,对化学试剂使用过程中可能出现的危险掉以轻心,以致实验室安全事故频出。从规范实验人员行为,学习及推广化学品安全技术说明书(SDS),以及定期开展安全培训三个方面提出切实可行的建议,以期提高实验人员专业素养,从而降低实验室安全事故的发生率,减少人员及财产损失。
Chemical reagents play an important role in the research and teaching of colleges and universities,but most chemical reagents have potential hazards.Therefore,the correct use of chemical reagents is a powerful guarantee for the safe operation of laboratories.At this stage,the researchers have little knowledge of the chemical properties of chemical reagents or they are paralyzed to take care of the dangers that may arise from chemicals,resulting in frequent laboratory safety incidents.This study proposes practical recommendations from three aspects:normative behavior,promotion of safety data sheet(SDS)for chemical products and regular safety training,with a view to reducing the incidence of laboratory safety accidents and reducing personnel and property losses.
