摘要
进入新时代以来,随着经济以及科技的发展,信息技术得到不断发展,另外一方面,社会用电需求快速增长以及电力企业的竞争也变得越来越激烈。其中,电力基建项目近几年有了跨越式发展。正是基于这样的大背景,电力企业如何进一步提升电力建设项目的管理效率,如何进一步统筹降低运行成本、如何进一步释放市场的活力,这就是时代发展的任务。本文以ERP系统在电力基建项目管理中的应用为切入点,分析电力基建项目的管理特点,并且讨论相应的应用实施方案。
