摘要
引起压力容器事故的原因多种多样,一般认为主要原因有腐蚀、裂纹、变形等。其中裂纹是最危险的一种缺陷,它是产生脆性破坏的原因,同时又能促进腐蚀破裂和疲劳破裂的发生。因此对裂纹的检查和控制是非常重要的环节。本文例举了两个现实中检验发现的裂纹案例,分析了产生裂纹的原因并提出了解决办法为以后处理该类裂纹提供参考。
There are various causes of pressure vessel accidents,and it is generally believed that there are several main causes,such as corrosion,crack,deformation,etc.Among them,crack is the most dangerous defect,which is the cause of brittle failure,and can promote the occurrence of corrosion cracking and fatigue cracking.Therefore,the inspection and control of cracks is very important.In this paper,two real-world crack cases are exemplified,the causes of cracks are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward to provide reference for dealing with such cracks in the future.
