摘要
运用原位氧化聚合法,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为掺杂剂,在石英基片表面制备了掺杂聚吡咯(PPY)薄膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪和扫描电镜表征了薄膜的结构和微观形貌,并通过四探针测试仪和矢量网络分析仪测试了它的导电性和吸波特性。相比于未掺杂的聚吡咯薄膜,SDBS掺杂PPY薄膜的均匀性和致密性更高,导电性和吸波特性也有所改善。
A sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(SDBS)-doped polypyrrole(PPY)thin film was prepared on quartz slice by in-situ oxidative polymerization.The micro-structure and morphology of the thin film were characterized by Fouriertransform infrared spectrometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy,and its conductivity and microwave absorptivity were tested by four-point probe tester and vector network analyzer.The SDBS-doped PPY thin film had better uniformity,compactness,electrical conductivity,and microwave absorptivity than the un-doped one.
