摘要
类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,主要导致多个关节毁损,如不及早诊治,致残率很高,严重影响患者的生活。RA特征为手、足小关节的多关节、对称性、侵袭性关节炎症,经常伴有关节外器官受累及血清类风湿因子阳性,可以导致关节畸形及功能丧失。近年RA研究成果丰硕,规范性指南不断更新,本文就临床关注的早期诊断、治疗时机、达标判定、治疗药物等热点问题进行综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes multiple joint lesions,if not early diagnosis and treatment,the disability rate is very high,it can seriously affect the life of patients.RA is characterized by multiple joints,symmetrical and invasive joint inflammation of the small joints of the hand and foot,it is often accompanied by extraarticular organ involvement and serum rheumatoid factor positive,which can lead to joint deformity and loss of function.In recent years,RA research results have been fruitful and normative guidelines have been constantly updated,this article reviews the hot issues of early diagnosis,treatment opportunity,standard determination,treatment drugs and so on.
