摘要
云南是我国重要的西南生态安全屏障,生物多样性丰富,是具有全球意义的生物多样性关键区域之一。综述了云南生态安全屏障和生物多样性现状及保护成效,分析了生物多样性保护面临的挑战,从启动西南生态安全屏障保护与修复规划编制、构建以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系、探索生态补偿长效机制及充分展示云南生态文明建设成果等四个方面提出政策建议,以期为加强云南生物多样性保护、维护我国西南生态安全提供路径。
Yunnan province is an important ecological security barrier in Southwest China.It also is rich in biodiversity and one of the key biodiversity regions with global significance.In view of the composition of the ecological security barrier,the paper summarized of the biodiversity status and its protection effect,and analyzed the challenges of biodiversity conservation.Four countermeasures were proposed:starting the planning of Southwest ecological security barrier protection and restoration,building the natural protection land system with national park as the main body,exploring the long-term mechanism of ecological compensation and fully displaying the achievements of ecological civilization construction.In order to provide a way to strengthen the biodiversity conservation in Yunnan and support the ecological security in Southwest China.
