摘要
目的探析老年糖尿病肾病患者使用前列地尔联合格列喹酮治疗的临床效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月期间诊治的88例老年糖尿病肾病患者作为研究目标,双盲法分组,对照组(n=44)用格列喹酮治疗,试验组(n=44)用前列地尔与格列喹酮联合治疗,评价对照组与试验组相关指标及临床治疗有效率。结果治疗后试验组患者餐后2h血糖、FBG、Scr、24hUpro、eGFR、UPER与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床治疗有效率95.45%高于对照组的77.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合格列喹酮治疗用于老年糖尿病肾病患者,有助于缓解临床症状,改善肾功能,提升临床治疗效果。
Objective o analyze the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with gliclazide in the treatment of elderly patieMits with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Enrolled eighty-eight patients with senile diabetic nephropathy who were treated between January 2018 and Janua^2019,divided them according to the double-blind method.The control group(n=44)was treated with gliclazide alone,while the treatment group(n=44)was treated with alprostadil and gliclazide.Evaluated therapeutic efficiency of the related indicators and clinical treatment in the control group and the experimental group.Results After treatment,the blood glucose,FBG,Scr,24hUpro,eGFR and UPER of the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy in the experimental group were more favorable than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical treatment efficiency of the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy in the experimental group was 95.45%%,which was higher than 77.27% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of alprostadil and gliclazide in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve renal function and improve clinical treatment.
