摘要
目的了解儿童肺炎患者住院费用水平和影响因素,为减轻患者经济负担提供依据。方法收集重庆市某三级医院2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日1270例儿童肺炎的住院资料,分析其住院费用构成及变化趋势,并采用多重线性回归模型分析其影响因素。结果住院天数中位数为6(5~8)天。住院费用中位数2519.96(2002.81~3173.48)元,其中西药费占比最高,为927.52(675.87~1211.67)元,且呈逐年下降趋势。住院天数(β=0.824,P<0.001)和年龄(β=0.150,P<0.001)是住院费用的影响因素,且与住院费用呈正相关。结论住院天数和年龄是住院费用的主要影响因素。在合理检查的基础上,缩短住院天数和控制西药费可有效降低儿童肺炎患者的住院费用。
Objectives To understand the level of hospitalization expenses of children’s pneumonia,explore its influencing factors,and provide a basis for reducing the financial burden of patients.Methods The data of hospitalization of children’s pneumonia were collected from a tertiary hospital in Chongqing from January 1 st,2015 to December 31 st,2019.The composition of hospitalization expenses and the annual change trend were analyzed,and multiple linear regression models were used to explore the influencing factors.Results The median length of hospital stay of the 1270 patients was 6(5~8)days.The median hospitalization expenses was 2519.96(2002.81~3173.48)yuan,of which western medicine expenses accounted for the highest proportion,which was 927.52(675.87~1211.67)yuan,and it showed a downward trend year by year.The length of hospital stay(β=0.824,P<0.001)and age(β=0.150,P<0.001)were the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses,and were positively correlated with hospitalization expenses.Conclusions The length of hospital stay and age were the main factors affecting hospitalization expenses.On the basis of reasonable inspections,shortening the length of hospital stay and controlling western medicine costs could effectively reduce the hospitalization expenses of children’s pneumonia.
