基于OBE理念的案例及问题导向教学模式在急诊临床教学中的应用研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨基于成果导向教学理念(Outcome-based education,OBE)结合案例学习(Case-based learning,CBL)和问题导向(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式在急诊医学临床教学中的应用及效果。方法将在本院学习的某医科大学2013级和2014级临床医学七年制的学生各27名作为研究对象,分别用传统教学法(对照组)和OBE理念的教学法(研究组)进行教学,比照两组学生的理论知识和实习操作考试成绩,并采用调查问卷评价教学成果。结果与对照组学生相比,研究组学生的理论知识考试和实习操作考试成绩更高,该教学方法更有利于提高学生的归纳总结能力、临床思维能力及临床实践能力,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论基于OBE理念的案例及问题导向教学模式为急诊医学教学模式改革提供了有益的探讨,为培养急诊人才提供了理论基础和有益的借鉴。 Objective To explore the application and effect of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)based on outcome-based education(OBE)teaching concept in emergency medicine clinical teaching.Methods Twenty-seven graduate students of seven-year clinical medicine program enrolled in a medical university in 2013 and twenty-seven in 2014 were included in this research,and were divided into control group(n=27)and observation group(n=27),respectively.Traditional teaching was adopted in the control group and OBE teaching was adopted in the observation group.The two groups were compared for the scores of theoretical knowledge and practice exam.Questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching outcome.Results Compared with the students in the control group,the theoretical knowledge and practice scores of the observation group were both higher.The OBE teaching method was more conducive to improving the students’ability of induction,summarizing,clinical thinking and clinical practice.The differences were all statistically significant.Conclusion CBL and PBL based on OBE concept are superior to traditional teaching method.
