摘要
为研究含浸工艺对预浸料制备的复合材料板材力学性能的影响,本文以碳纤维织物作为增强体,高温固化环氧树脂为基体,改变预浸料制备过程中的含浸温度、含浸间隙和含浸速度,制备了9种不同的预浸料,分别测试了它们的面密度、纤维面密度、树脂含量、挥发分以及微观SEM,最后采用热压罐成型工艺制备出9种复合材料板材。通过测试板材纬向拉伸性能和弯曲性能,研究含浸工艺对热压罐成型的复合材料层压板的力学性能影响。结果表明,9种预浸料制备工艺下,预浸料的含浸程度和黏性有明显的不同,但对热压罐成型工艺制成的板材纬向拉伸性能和弯曲性能影响较小。
In order to study the influence of impregnation process on the mechanical properties of composite plates made of prepreg,nine kinds of prepreg were prepared in this paper by using carbon fiber fabric as reinforcement and high-temperature curing epoxy resin as matrix.The impregnation temperature,impregnation gap and impregnation speed during the preparation of prepreg were changed.Their surface density,fiber surface density,resin content,volatile matter and micro SEM were tested respectively.At last,nine kinds of composite plates were prepared by autoclave forming process.The influence of impregnation process on the mechanical properties of composite laminates formed by autoclave was studied by testing the latitudinal tensile and bending properties of the laminates.The results show that under 9 kinds of prepreg preparation processes,the prepreg has obvious difference in the degree of impregnation and viscosity,but it has little influence on the latitudinal tensile and bending properties of the sheet made by autoclave forming.
