摘要
本文全面地回顾了新疆阿勒泰地区农业节水发展历程以及现状,分析了阿勒泰地区当前农业节水存在的农田建设标准低、灌溉管理粗放、渠系建筑物配套不完善,难以实现精细化用水管理等问题,提出了加快高标准农田建设,积极开展农业节水条件下的灌溉试验,加快渠系量水设施建设与改造,促进农业节水向规模化、集约化方向发展等建议,以期为阿勒泰地区农业节水技术推广工作提供科学的参考。
This paper comprehensively reviewed the development history and status of agricultural water saving in Altay of Xinjiang,and analyzed the problems of low farmland construction standards,extensive irrigation management,imperfect canal building facilities,and difficulty in fine water management in the current agricultural water saving in Altay area.Suggestions were put forward including speeding up the construction of high-standard farmland,actively carrying out irrigation experiments under the conditions of agricultural water saving,speeding up the construction and transformation of canal water measuring facilities,and promoting the development of agricultural water saving in the direction of scale and intensification,in order to provide scientific references for the promotion of agricultural water-saving technology in Altay area.
