摘要
学科人才队伍的建设是保障新工科建设的核心。贵阳学院作为一所地方本科院校,在“新工科”师资队伍建设中,从存在问题着手,制定政策,提出规划,建设实施,并通过贵阳学院科学教育专业师资队伍建设为例,阐述教师融合平台队伍建设,取得一定成效。
The construction of subject talent team is the core to guarantee the construction of new engineering.As a local undergraduate college,Guiyang University,in the construction of"new engineering"teaching staff,started from the existing problems,formulated policies,put forward planning,construction and implementation,and through the construction of scientific education professional teaching staff of Guiyang University as an example,elaborated the construction of teacher integration platform team,and achieved certain results.
