摘要
目的探讨舒适护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月—2018年11月在西安交通大学第一附属医院肝胆外科接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者88例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各44例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分以及并发症发生率。结果护理干预1周后研究组焦虑、抑郁评分、疼痛评分均比对照组低,舒适评分高于对照组,并发症发生率2.27%低于对照组18.18%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性结石性胆囊炎期间采取舒适护理,患者恢复效果良好,应用价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis.Methods Eighty-eight elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from August 2017 to November 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and research group,44 cases each,The control group received routine nursing,and the study group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing,Anxiety score,depression score,pain score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After one week of nursing intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group,The comfort score was higher than that of the control group,The incidence of complications was 2.27%in study group,and significantly lower than 18.18%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing during laparoscopic cholecystectomy could improve the recovery effect for elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis,which has high application value.
