摘要
目的分析苍耳子鼻炎丸联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童变应性鼻炎对细胞因子及临床症状的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月我院收治的变应性鼻炎患儿60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为单一组与联合组各30例,单一组予以孟鲁司特治疗,联合组予以苍耳子鼻炎丸+孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后临床疗效、症状积分、Th1/Th2漂移细胞因子、生活质量以及不良反应的变化情况。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率显著高于单一组;两组流涕、喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞症状积分较治疗前显著降低,且联合组下降幅度大于单一组;两组干扰素-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-2较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10显著降低,联合组变化幅度大于单一组;两组鼻部症状、眼部症状、非鼻眼症状、行为问题以及情感活动各维度评分较治疗前显著降低,且联合组下降幅度大于单一组,联合组鼻腔恢复情况优于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论苍耳子鼻炎丸联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童变应性鼻炎,可显著提高临床疗效,改善患儿临床症状,调节Th1/Th2漂移细胞因子表达,提高患儿生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effects of Cangerzi Biyan pill combined with montelukast on cytokines and clinical symptoms of children with allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty sick children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into single group and combined group according to the random number table method,30 in each group.The single group was treated with montelukast,and the combined group was given Cangerzi Biyan pill+montelukast.The clinical efficacy,symptoms scores,Th1/Th2 drift cytokines,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms of rhinorrhoea,sneezing,nasal itching and nasal congestion in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreases were greater in the combined group when compared with the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IFN-γand IL-2 in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05)while the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the changes in the combined group were greater than those in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of dimensions of nasal symptoms,ocular symptoms,non-nasal-ocular symptoms,behavioral problems and emotional activities in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreases in the combined group were greater than those in the single group(P<0.05).The nasal recovery of the combined group was better than that of the single group.There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups.Conclusion Cangerzi Biyan pill combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,regulate the expressions of Th1/Th2 drift cytokines,and promote the quality of life of the sick children.
