摘要
目的探讨超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻微创拔除下颌埋伏第三磨牙胚的应用价值。方法按照治疗方式的不同将200例在我院接受诊治的阻生齿拔除患者分为对照组(n=100,高速涡轮钻微创)和观察组(n=100,超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻微创)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的16.0%(P<0.05)。结论予以下颌埋伏第三磨牙胚拔除患者超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻微创方案,可明显改善手术情况,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic osteotome combined with high speed turbine drill in minimally invasive extraction of mandibular third molar germs.Methods According to the different treatment methods,200 patients with impacted tooth extraction treated in our hospital were divided into control group(n=100,high speed turbine drill minimally invasive extraction)and observation group(n=100,ultrasonic osteotome combined with high speed turbine drill minimally invasive extraction).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,and the degree of pain was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than 16.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic osteotome combined with high speed turbine drill minimally invasive extraction applied to mandibular third molar germs can significantly improve the operation and reduce the risk of complications.
