摘要
目的探究骨髓细胞形态学检验联合免疫分型及细胞遗传学在急性早幼粒细胞白血病白血病中的诊断价值。方法选取2013年1月-2017年12月期间我院收治的82例疑似白血病患者作为研究对象,全部入选研究对象都给予骨髓细胞形态学检验、免疫分型、细胞遗传学检查,统计单一形态学、单一免疫学分型、单一细胞遗传学、三者联合诊断的诊断效能。结果本次研究中,三者联合诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于单一形态学、单一免疫学分型、单一细胞遗传学,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨髓细胞形态学检验联合免疫分型及细胞遗传学在急性早幼粒细胞白血病血液病中,具有较高的诊断效能,具有简单快速、灵敏度高等优点,值得推广。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of bone marrow morphological examination combined with immune typing and cytogenetics in acute promyelocytic leukemia.Methods Eighty-two suspected hematological patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.All the selected subjects were given bone marrow cell morphology test,immunophenotyping,cytogenetic examination,and statistical single morphology.,single immunological typing,single cytogenetics,diagnostic efficacy of the three combined diagnosis.Results In this study,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of the three combined diagnosis were higher than single morphology,single immunological typing,and single cytogenetic,and the contrast was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Morphological examination of bone marrow cells combined with immunophenotyping and cytogenetics has a high diagnostic efficiency inacute myeloid leukemia It has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and high sensitivity,and is worthy of promotion.
