摘要
习近平关于自主创新的重要论述,丰富和发展了马克思主义关于科技发展的思想,是马克思主义科技观中国化的最新结晶,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。其中,增强自主创新能力是实现"创新驱动发展"的本质要求;宽阔的视野、合理的预见性是推动自主创新的战略思维;重点布局、合理规划是保障自主创新稳步向前发展的有效手段;"内外联动"是增进我国自主创新的发展动力;人才是推进、增强自主创新能力的关键所在。
The significant statements on independent innovation proposed by Xi Jinping enrich and develop Marx’s thought on the topic of the development of science and technology.It is the latest crystallization of the sinicization of Marxism concept of science and technology and an important component of Xi Jinping’Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era,among which strengthening the ability to independent innovation is the essential requirement to realize innovation-driven development,broad vision and reasonable foresight are the strategic thinking to promote independent innovation,emphasized layout and rational planning are effective means to ensure steady independent innovation,"linkage inside and outside"is the driving force to accelerate China’s independent innovation,and talent is the key point to promote independent innovation.
