摘要
                
                    对中外高校体育教学模式进行了比较研究,以期对我国高校的体育教学模式进行创新。国外高校体育教育模式注重培养大学生体育锻炼能力,侧重对大学生体育习惯的养成。而我国高校的体育教学模式较为严谨,对终身体育、快乐体育理念的领悟存在偏差,忽视了对基本运动技能的培养。我国高校体育教学模式存在一些问题:高校体育教学的整体认识有待提升,教学目标的明确度有待增强,教学的理论性较强,教学内容较为单一,师资力量不够雄厚。对此,提出了我国高校体育教学模式创新的有效路径:创新体育教育理念,全面提高大学生身体素质;丰富体育教学内容,增强大学生的体育参与意识;改进体育教学方法,注重大学生自主锻炼发展;优化体育考核机制,建构科学的体育考评体系;提高体育师资水平,适应体育社会化发展趋势。高校要吸收和借鉴先进的国外教学理念,深化教学目标、组织形式、教育内容、教学方法等教学模式的改革,以期建构完整的大学生体育教学过程和教育体系。
                
                The paper comparatively analyzes the physical teaching mode in Chinese and foreign colleges,in order to innovate the physical teaching mode of Chinese colleges.Physical teaching mode of foreign colleges focuses on physical training ability and physical habit cultivation of college students.However,the physical teaching mode of Chinese colleges is relatively strict.We have deviation in the understanding of lifelong and happy sport concept,and neglect the training of basic physical skill.There are some problems of Chinese physical teaching model,such that the overall cognition of college physical teaching needs further improvement,the clear and definite teaching aim needs improvement,theoretical property of teaching is relatively strong,the teaching content is simple,and faculty isn’t enough.Therefore effective path of Chinese college physical teaching mode innovation is proposed,including innovating physical teaching concept and comprehensively improving college students’physical quality,enriching physical teaching content and strengthening college students’physical participation consciousness,improving physical teaching method and focusing on college students’autonomous physical training development,optimizing physical appraisal mechanism and establishing scientific physical evaluation system,increasing physical faculty level and adapting physical socialization development trend.Colleges should absorb and take reference of foreign teaching concept,and deepen the teaching mode reform,including teaching aim,organization form,teaching content and teaching method,in order to construct overall teaching process and system of college physical teaching.
