摘要
为探究门诊护士应对突发急症病人的有效救护措施,提高临床诊疗效果,以回顾性分析方式,选择80例患者,统计患者的疾病种类,对比分析实际临床救护方案之间的差异性和最终诊疗结果。研究表明,门诊护士的工作可以有效提高临床诊疗工作质量及效率,能够从根本上提高患者对医院各项工作的满意度。医院必须意识到护理工作的重要性,应积极对护理团队展开专业培训。
In order to explore the effective rescue measures of clinic nurses on the emergency patient,and to improve clinic effect,and through retrospective analysis method,the research selects 80 patients,does statistics on patients’disease type,and analyzes the difference and final diagnosis and treatment results of actual clinical rescue scheme.The research shows that working of clinic nurses can effectively improve clinical diagnosis and treatment working quality and efficiency,and fundamentally improve the patient satisfaction of all items of the hospitals.The hospital should be aware of the importance of nursing work,and actively develop vocational training for the nurse team.
