摘要
当今社会灾害频发,护士作为应对灾害的主力军之一,尚缺乏专业的经过系统规范化培训认证的灾害救援专科护士,抽调的临床护士救援能力发挥地不够充分和理想。文章从灾害救援专科护士培训队伍组建、培训计划、综合素养以及考核方案等方面,设想和探讨系统规范化的专科培训,培养更为专业的灾害救援专科护士,以期来满足灾害发生时护理救援中艰巨任务的优化完成。
Nowadays,social disasters occur frequently,and nurses are one of the main forces to deal with disasters.At present,we still lack professional disaster rescue specialist nurses who have been trained and certified by systematic standardization,and the rescue ability of clinical nurses is not enough and ideal.In this paper,from the aspects of training team formation,training plan,comprehensive accomplishment and examination scheme,the systematic and standardized specialized training is envisaged and discussed in order to train more professional specialized nurses in disaster rescue,so as to meet the high quality completion of nursing and rescue tasks in the event of disasters.
