摘要
为探究立体网养模式下樱桃谷肉鸭在饲养周期内体重、采食量、饮水量和生长发育的变化,试验选择山东省5家肉鸭养殖场,分别采集各场优秀养殖批次肉鸭的每日采食量、饮水量和体重变化,每周测量肉鸭站立高度、体宽、跗跖骨和胫骨长度,并分析肉鸭养殖日累积料肉比、单日料肉比和总体水料比。结果表明:立体网养模式下肉鸭38日龄体重为3180 g,饲料消耗为5556 g,饮水量为17500 mL,总体料肉比为1.747,总体水料比为3.15;38日龄樱桃谷肉鸭站立高度、体宽、跗跖骨长和胫骨长分别为52 cm、17.6 cm、5.4 cm和13.4 cm;38日龄樱桃谷肉鸭单日料肉比最高,为2.621;试验采集的樱桃谷肉鸭养殖参数可供肉鸭养殖管理和养殖设备设计参考。
In order to provide management parameters for meat duck industry,the body weight,feed and water intake,body parameters of cherry valley duck in five farms in Shandong provinces under stereo net rearing system were investigated.The results showed that at the end of 38 day-age,the average body weight,feed consumption and water intake were 3180 g,5556 g and 17500 mL,respectively.The feed conversion ratio was 1.747,while the ratio of water intake and feed consumption was 3.15.At the age of 38,the body height,width,sacrum length and tibia length were 52 cm,17.6 cm,5.4 cm and 13.4 cm,respectively.The highest daily feed conversion ratio was 2.621,which was at the age of 38 d.The rearing parameters of cherry valley duck in this study could be used for cages design and management principles.
