摘要
目的:探讨血清降钙素原与C反应蛋白测定在老年慢性心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者中的临床价值方法:选取我院呼吸科和心内科(2016年3月〜2019年10月)收治的150例患者,根据不同病情分为三组,46例心力衰竭组,68例肺部感染组,36例慢性心力衰竭合并肺部感染者为观察组,另选取同时期来我院体检健康者40例为对照组,记录四组研究对象的基本资料,包括性别、年龄、血常规、心功能分级等,使用全自动生化分析仪检测各组血清CRP、PCT水平对比各组血清CRP、PCT水平和心力衰竭组不同心功能分级与PCT水平的相关性,分析血清CRP、PCT水平对观察组预后判断价值结果:各组血清CRP、PCT水平对比差异明显(P<0.05);健康组、心力衰竭组、观察组、肺部感染组血清CRP、PCT水平呈明显上升趋势(P<0.05)。心力衰竭组不同心功能分级PCT水平对比差异明显(P<0.05)结论:慢性心衰合并肺部感染患者血法CRP、PCT可明显升高;同时心力衰竭患者的血清PCT水平可随着心功能分级增加而增加。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of the detennination of semm procalcitonin and C—reactive protein in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and pulmonary infection.Methods:150 patients admitted to our department of Respiratory and Cardiology(March 2016~October 2019)were selected and divided into three groups according to different conditions.46 patients with simple chronic heart failure were the heart failure group and 68 patients were pure Pulmonary infections were in the lung infection group,36 patients with chronic heart failure combined with pulmonary infection were in the observarion group,and 40 healthy people who came to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The basic data of the four groups were recorded,including gender,age,blood routine,cardiac function classification,etc.The correlation between semm CRP and PCT levels in each group and different heart function grades and PCT levels in the heart failure group was compared,and the prognostic value of serum CRP and PCT levels in the observarion group was analyzed Results:The serum CRP and PCT levels were significantly different in each group(P<0.05);The serum CRP and PCT levels of the healthy group,the heart failure group,the observation group and the pulmonary infecrion group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The PCT levels of different heart function grades were significantly different in the heart failure group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SERUM CR I1 and PCT can be significantly increased in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with pulmonaryr infection.At the same time,serum PCT level of heart failure patients can increase with the increase of cardiac function grade.
