摘要
在传统理工科的教学中借鉴和应用沙盘模拟理念,可以有效补充理工科中管理课程纯粹理论教学的不足,通过阐述基于沙盘模拟的食品安全管理课程教学模式设计的重要意义,结合食品安全管理课程教学目标,设计3个教学案例。沙盘模拟教学模式把理论与实践知识进行融合,突出角色扮演与岗位体验,使学员在亲身参与、亲自体验中把课本知识转化成职场技能。通过对传统组与设计组进行教学效果评价,传统组教学效果总分平均得分71.8分,而设计组总分平均得分78.3分,设计组高于传统组6.5分,两者对比差异达到极显著水平。基于沙盘模拟方法,进行高校食品安全管理课程教学改革与设计,可为理工科中管理课程的课堂教学探索一种新的教学理念和方式。
In the teaching of traditional science and engineering,the application of sand table simulation concept can effectively supplement the lack of pure theoretical teaching of management courses in science and engineering.By expounding the significance of the design of teaching mode of food safety and quality management courses based on sand table simulation,the teaching objectives of the food safety and quality management curriculum were designed in three teaching cases.The sand table simulation teaching mode combined theoretical and practical knowledge to realize the role-playing and post experience integration,which enables the students to complete the transformation from textbook knowledge to workplace skills in personal participation and personal experience.Through the evaluation of the teaching effect of the traditional group and the design group,the average score of the traditional group was 71.8 points,while the average score of the design group was 78.3 points.The design group was higher than the traditional group by 6.5 points.The difference between the two groups was very significant.Based on the sand table simulation method,the teaching reform and design of food safety management course in colleges and universities might explore a new teaching concept and method for the classroom teaching of management course in science and engineering.
