摘要
为提升铁路集装箱站场装卸作业效率及管理水平,推进自动化进程,充分利用多约束条件智能调度优化算法和装卸路径优化算法,采用传感检测、精确定位、网络通信、智能识别等技术,对铁路集装箱站场装卸自动化远程智能控制系统进行设计,通过系统框架设计、功能设计、关键技术,提出铁路集装箱站场装卸作业控制模式,实现系统远程控制装卸自动化和现场作业“无人化”,有效提升集装箱站场装卸作业稳定性、快速性、安全性,为铁路集装箱装卸自动化站场建设提供研究依据。
To improve the handling efficiency and management level of railway container stations and yards by adopting such automation technologies as sensor detection,precise positioning,network communication,and intelligent identification,this paper has established an aoutomatic remote intelligent control system for loading and unloading opertion depending on multi-constraint intelligent scheduling optimization algorithm and loading and unloading path optimization algorithm.This paper has concluded that the proposed system is expected to facilitate implementing automatic remote control of loading and unloading operation and"unmanned"on-site operation,which is to effectively improve the stability,speediness and safety of container loading and unloading operation,and provide the research evidence for construction of railway container stations and yards operating loading and unloading operation in an automatic way.
