摘要
高校教育管理载体是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,在新时期,多元化文化的发展呈现了蓬勃发展的趋势,所以,高校教育的管理载体为了适应当今形势的发展,要以传统文化为基础,以多元化文化为框架,在新时期思想领域内,构建思想政治教育的管理载体,从而满足新时期发展的需要。本文正是基于此目标,以新时期传统文化对高校教育管理载体构建的作用为基础,以思政教育管理载体的理论为基准,以构建高校教育管理载体途径为研究目标,有目的地针对新时期传统文化视域下高校教育管理载体的构建做出分析和探讨,旨在为高校教育管理载体的构建提供借鉴和参考。
The management carrier of university education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In the new period,the development of diversified culture presents a vigorous development trend.Therefore,the management carrier of university education should be based on traditional culture and take pluralistic culture as the framework to meet the needs of the development of the new period.Based on this goal,this paper analyzes and discusses the construction of educational management carrier in colleges and universities from the perspective of traditional culture in the new era,based on the theory of ideological and political education management carrier,and the research goal of constructing educational management carrier in colleges and universities.
