摘要 为提高电网消纳风电、光电等新能源发电的能力,西北地区的供热机组普遍参与电网调频调峰。但采暖期与非采暖期的机组特性差异较大,加之低热值煤种掺烧带来的燃烧扰动,使得供热机组运行过程中煤水风失配问题较为突出,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行能力。针对超临界供热机组参与调频调峰过程中存在的问题,提出了一套适应超临界供热机组运行特性的协调控制优化策略,并成功应用在吴忠电厂2台350MW机组中,较好地适应了机组的各种运行工况,使机组稳态运行性能和变负荷性能都有了较大地提高,对于同类型机组具有较大的应用推广价值。 In order to improve the power grid′s absorption of wind power,solar energy and other new energy,heating units in Northwest China generally participate in the power grid′s frequency modulation and peak adjustment.However,the characteristics of units in heating period and non-heating period are quite different.In addition,the combustion disturbance caused by the mixing of low-calorific-value coal makes the coal-water-air mismatch more prominent during the operation of heating units,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of units.For the problems existing in the process of supercritical heating uint participating in frequency and peakload modulation,this paper puts forward the coordinated control optimization strategy fit for the working characteristic of the supercritical heating unit.This method has been successfully applied in two sets of 350MW unit in Wuzhong Power Plant,well adapted to the various operating conditions of the unit,largely improving the steady state performance and unit load capability,and having the great application promotion value for the same type of units.
