摘要
三白草为我国传统民间常用草药,含有多种化学成分,主要为木脂素类、黄酮类、挥发油类、生物碱类、多糖类、多酚类、脂溶性和萜类成分,其中木脂素类、黄酮类成分所占比例大,药理活性广泛,为主要药效物质。中药成分多且复杂,采用单一指标作为质量标准的依据不太准确。本文基于三白草的化学成分和药理作用,从亲缘性及特有性、传统药效、新的药效、传统药性、入血成分、可测性,分析可作为其质量标志物(Q-marker)的成分,为三白草的临床用药提供更精准明确的依据,制定更加科学的质量标准。为了三白草的临床用药安全,对毒性成分进行总结,建议更深一步的毒性成分分离鉴定研究。
Saururus chinensis,a well-known traditional Chinese herbal medicine,is commonly used in China.It has a variety of chemical constituents,mainly lignans,flavonoids,volatile oils,alkaloids,polysaccharides,polyphenols,fat-soluble and anthraquinones.Lignans and flavonoids are the main pharmacodynamic substances with wide pharmacological activities.Traditional Chinese medicine ingredients are not only much but complicated,and the basis for using a single indicator as a quality standard is not accurate.Based on the chemical composition and pharmacological action of Saururus chinensis from the affinity and the characteristic,the traditional drug,new drugs,blood into the traditional medicinal properties,composition,measurability,the components of quality markers(Q-marker)is analyzed,which provides the three white grass provide more accurate definite basis for the clinical application to develop a more scientific quality standards.In order to ensure the safety of the clinical use of Saururus chinensis,the toxic components were summarized,and further research on the isolation and identification of toxic components is recommended.
