摘要
采用10%的NaOH溶液浸取商品Ni-Al合金粉(80~100目)制备Raney-Ni催化剂。通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、TEM表征手段和评价实验,考察了反应温度对Raney-Ni催化剂元素组成、晶相结构、孔结构特征和1,4-丁炔二醇加氢性能的影响。结果表明,温度为150℃反应后的RN150试样具有类似树叶形貌的网状结构。评价结果表明,反应温度为150℃下催化剂加氢性能最好,BYD转化率为51.00%,BED选择性为94.61%,收率为48.25%。
Raney-Ni catalyst was prepared by leaching a commercial Ni-Al alloy powder(80~100 mesh)with 10%NaOH solution.The elemental composition,crystal structure,pore structure and 1,4-butynediol hydrogenation performance of Raney-Ni catalyst were investigated by XRD,N 2 adsorption-desorption,TEM,etc.Results show that the RN150 sample after the reaction at 150℃present a network structure similar to the leaf morphology.Evaluation results show that the catalyst performed the well hydrogenation performance at 150℃,with the BYD conversion of 51.00%,the BED selectivity of 94.61%,and the yield of 48.25%.
