摘要
探讨涂阴肺结核临床特征及多色巢式实时荧光定量核酸扩增(Gene Xpert-MTB/RIF)对其诊断价值。回顾性分析400例患者临床资料,并探讨Gene Xpert-MTB/RIF对涂阴肺结核的临床诊断价值,结果显示涂阴肺结核出现发热、咳嗽伴咳痰、中性粒细胞升高的机率显著少,合并糖尿病和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的比例小,影像学上出现胸膜炎、肺纤维化的机率相对于涂阳肺结核大。Gene Xpert-MTB/RIF技术较传统检查手段有更高的诊断价值,值得临床推广。
To explore the clinical characteristics of smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis and the diagnostic value of multi-color nested real-time fluorescence quantitative nucleic acid amplification(Gene Xpert-MTB/RIF).The clinical data of 400 patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the value of Gene Xpert-MTB/RIF in the diagnosis of smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis was discussed.The results showed that the incidence of fever,cough/expectoration and neutrophil increase in smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly lower,the propor-tion of diabetes mellitus and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was small,and the incidence of pleurisy and pulmonary fibrosis in imaging was higher than that in smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Gene Xpert-MTB/RIF technology has a better diagnostic value than traditional inspection methods,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
