摘要
高职经管类课程着重培养学生的职业素养和知识应用能力,但在当前教学实践中存在理论教学过多、知识迁移能力不足的情况,教学效果差强人意。在分析当前高职经管类教学现状和问题的基础上,基于混合学习相关理论,设计了适合高职经管专业的混合教学实践模式,丰富了课堂教学内容,增加了授课方式的灵活性,有效提升了学生的课堂学习效果。
Higher vocational economic and management courses focus on training students'professional quality and knowledge application ability,but in the current teaching practice,there are too many theoretical teaching a nd insuff icient knowledge transfer a bility,a nd the teaching effect is unsatisfactory.Based on the analysis of the current problems of economic management teaching in higher vocational education with the related theory of blended learning,a hybrid teaching practice mode suitable for the economic management major in higher vocational education is designed,which enriches the content of classroom teaching,increases the f lexibility of teaching methods,and effectively improves the classroom learning effect of students.
