摘要
文章针对500 kV自耦调压变压器装设荧光光纤测温系统方案,分别从监测装置的准确性、光纤对变压器可靠性的影响、光纤及传感器安装工艺等方面进行了分析研究。从荧光材料的选择以及测温方式等方面分析了主变压器测温装置的准确性;通过进行光纤对电场的仿真实验表明,变压器内置光纤对其内部电场无影响;通过进行光纤与变压器油相容性实验表明变压器内置光纤与变压器油具有良好的相容性;通过对变压器本体结构分析,确定内部绕组、铁芯、油中光纤测温系统安装布置方式和数量,以及光纤引出变压器本体的具体方式和工艺要求。
This article analyzes and researches the installation of fluorescent optical fiber temperature measurement system for 500 kV autotransformer transformer from the aspects of accuracy of monitoring device,research on the influence of optical fiber on transformer reliability,installation process of optical fiber and sensor,etc.The accuracy of the main transformer temperature measurement device is analyzed from the aspects of the selection of fluorescent materials and temperature measurement methods.The simulation experiment of the electric field by the optical fiber shows that the built-in optical fiber of the transformer has no effect on the internal electric field,and the optical fiber is compatible with the transformer oil.The performance test shows that the built-in optical fiber of the transformer has good compatibility with the transformer oil.Through the analysis of the structure of the transformer body,the installation arrangement and number of the internal winding,iron core,and fiber optic temperature measurement system in oil,as well as the specific method and process requirements for the fiber to lead out the transformer body are determined.
