摘要
在高校共青团工作改革和国家职业教育改革双重背景下,针对当前高职院校学生社团组织管理存在的不规范、不严谨、经费保障不充足、师资配备不充足、社团内涵建设层次不高等问题,以长江工程职业技术学院学生社团改革为例,探索学生社团创新发展模式,提出了加强社团管理、优化发展模式、分层分类引导、形成品牌效应、展现育人实效等社团改革总体思路。指出了专业社团与非专业社团的改革创新路径:提升专业操作实践、精准树立职业定位、以技能竞赛为依托,服务学校专业建设,强化分类引导,突出社团特色等。
Under the dual background of the reform of college communist youth league work and the national vocational education reform,in view of the fact that in current student community organization management such problems exist as lack of standarization and stringency,inadquacy of funds,insufficiency of teachers,lack of high community level and so on.Taking the reform of student associations in Changjiang Institute of Technology as an example,the innovative development model of student associations was explored,and the overall idea of association reforms was put forward such as to improve professional operation practice,establish vocational orientation precisely,serve the professional construction of schools based on skill competition,strengthen classification guidance,highlight the characteristics of associations an so on.
