摘要
在“一带一路”倡议下,我国企业纷纷迈出国门,参与境外项目交流合作。围绕境外铁路信息化建设中政治因素多变、网络环境差异、设备种类繁多等实际特点,以建立统一的境外信息化部署模式、搭建境外铁路项目所在国中方资源共享平台、落实信息化“走出去”技术人才培养等内容为切入点,对境外铁路项目信息化建设进行探索。
Under the Belt and Road Initiative,Chinese enterprises have stepped out of the country to participate in overseas projects.According to the characteristics of IT application in overseas railways including volatile political factors,different network environments and various types of equipment,this paper focuses on establishing an unified IT application deployment mode,building resource sharing platform,and strengthening talent cultivation,etc.,and puts forward concrete suggestion on the above aspects.
