酸化压裂技术在碳酸盐岩热储中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 碳酸盐岩热储中储层伤害可能会导致产能下降、回灌难、生产周期短等问题。为提高地热井产能,解除热储伤害,以北京通州区A井为例,建立了综合压前评估、工艺方法优选、酸液体系建立、施工参数优化、压力曲线诊断、压后效果评价的酸化压裂关键技术体系。形成了基于水位恢复数据、测井数据的综合储层伤害指标、储层物性指标的多指标压前评估方法。在室内实验和数值模拟的基础上,优化施工参数,并对施工过程中的压力曲线进行了诊断。最后对A井改造效果进行评价:改造后单位出水量提高了65.51%,水温提高2℃,产能系数提高了59.51%,近井伤害得到完全解除,渗透率得到明显改善。该工艺有助于解除碳酸盐岩热储近井污染、改善储层物性、沟通天然裂缝。 Reservoir damage in carbonate geothermal reservoirs may cause such problems as production reduction,recharging difficult,and short production cycles.A technology system of acid-fracturing has been established by taking Well A in Beijing City Sub-Center as an example,in order to increase the productivity of geothermal wells and remove near well damage.It includes comprehensive pre-press assessment,process optimization,acid-fluid system optimization,construction parameter optimization,pressure curve diagnosis,and post-frac effect evaluation.A multi-target pre-frac evaluation method index has been formed,including comprehensive reservoir damage index and reservoir physical property index by calculating water level recovery data and well logging data.The construction parameters were optimized based on laboratory experiments and numerical simulations.During the acid-fracturing,the pressure curve was diagnosed.Finally,the stimulation effect of Well A has been evaluated:After the stimulation,the unit water inflow increased by 65.51%,the water temperature increased by 2,and the productivity coefficient increased by 59.51%.The near-well damage has been eliminated completely,and the permeability has been improved significantly.This technology is helpful for decontaminating near-well wells in carbonate geothermal reservoir,improving reservoir physical properties,and communicating natural fractures.
