摘要
目的:分析活动义齿和固定义齿在牙周病(PD)伴牙列缺损修复治疗中的应用效果。方法:纳入病例是本院2017年1月-2019年9月收治的80例PD伴牙列缺损修复患者,随机平均分为两组,参照组40例患者采纳活动义齿修复,观察组40例患者采纳固定义齿修复,两组均在修复2个月后观察治疗效果。对比两组临床疗效、语言功能评分、咀嚼功能评分、SBI、OHIP-14评分。结果:观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)显著比参照组(75.00%)高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复2个月后SBI、OHIP-14评分显著比参照组低,语言功能评分、咀嚼功能评分显著高于参照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:固定义齿可显著提高PD伴牙列缺损修复咀嚼效率,降低龈沟出血指数,改善口腔状况以及语言功能,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the effect of removable denture and fixed denture in the treatment of PD(periodontal disease)with dentition defect.Method:A total of 80 PD patients with dentition defect were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the reference group were treated with removable dentures,40 patients in the observation group were treated with fixed dentures,and the effect of repair treatment was observed in both groups on two months after repair.The clinical efficacy,language function score,masticatory function score,SBI and OHIP-14 scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(75.00%).The scores of SBI and OHIP-14 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After two months of repair,the scores of speech function and mastication function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fixed denture can significantly improve the masticatory efficiency of PD with dentition defect,reduce the bleeding index of gingival sulcus,improve the oral status and language function,which is worth learning.
