摘要
目的:探讨酪酸梭菌二联活性菌联合肠内营养在重症腹泻患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年11月至2019年11月重症腹泻患儿100例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=50例)和观察组(n=50例)。对照组给予肠内营养支持干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合酪酸梭菌二联活性菌治疗,对患儿治疗效果进行评估,比较两组症状改善、住院时间、肠道乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、酵母样真菌水平。结果:观察组治疗后纠正脱水时间、退热时间、大便性状改善时间、止泻时间及住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后乳杆菌、双歧杆菌水平高于对照组,酵母样真菌水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:酪酸梭菌二联活性菌联合肠内营养在小儿重症腹泻患者中能够缩短患儿临床阳性体征改善时间,减少住院时间,调节患儿肠道菌群平衡,能获得良好的治疗预后,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Clostridium butyricum combined with enteral nutrition in children with severe diarrhea.Methods:100 children with severe diarrhea from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=50 cases)and observation group(n=50 cases).The control group was given enteral nutrition support intervention,and the observation group was treated with Clostridium butyricum on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated,and the improvement of symptoms,length of stay,the level of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and yeast like fungi were compared.Results:The time of dehydration correction,fever reduction,defecation improvement,diarrhea relief and hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of yeast like fungi was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clostridium butyricum combined with enteral nutrition in children with severe diarrhea can shorten the improvement time of clinical positive signs,reduce the length of hospitalization,regulate the balance of intestinal flora,and obtain a good prognosis,which is worth popularizing.
