摘要
目的探讨心理干预联合健康教育对手足口病患儿家属的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年7月我院收治的手足口病患儿80例,随机将患儿分为联合组与对照组,各40例,对照组给予常规感染防控护理及健康教育,联合组在对照组的基础上给予心理干预,观察两组患儿住院时间、家属焦虑状态、患儿家属的护理满意度及干预前后家属对健康知识的认知情况。结果联合组的住院时间短于对照组;联合组患儿家属的焦虑评分低于对照组;联合组患儿家属的护理满意度高于对照组;联合组家属对健康知识各维度的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预联合健康教育可以缩短手足口病患儿的住院时间,提高患儿家属对健康知识的了解程度,提高患者家属对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with health education on the families of children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 80 children with HFMD admitted to and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the combined group and the control group with 40 children in each group.The control group was given routine infection prevention and control nursing and health education,and the combined group was given psychological intervention on the basis of what was given to the control group.The hospitalization time,anxiety state of the families,nursing satisfaction of the families of the two groups and their families’cognition on health knowledge before and after intervention were observed.Results The hospitalization time of the combined group was shorter than that of the control group,the anxiety scores of the families in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the children’s families was higher than that of the control group,the scores of health knowledge from all dimensions of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and all these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with health education can shorten the hospitalization time of the children with HFMD,promote their families'understanding of health knowledge,and improve their families'satisfaction with nursing work.
