摘要
贵州易地扶贫搬迁安置区已基本建成并投入使用,安置区社区治理的实践可分为重基础设施建设、重组织建设、重制度建设和重规范化管理四个阶段。大数据信息技术为安置区社区治理提供了优化服务,可通过充分运用大数据信息技术让安置区建设与治理同步进行、重组易地扶贫搬迁安置区社区治理组织模式和构建易地扶贫搬迁安置区合作治理机制三条路径来实现易地扶贫搬迁安置区的社区合作治理。
The resettlement area for poverty alleviation and relocation in Guizhou has been basically completed and put into use.The practice of community governance in the resettlement area can be divided into four stages:infrastructure construction,organization construction,system construction and standardized management.Big data information technology provides optimization services for community governance in the resettlement area.By fully using big data information technology,the construction and governance of the resettlement area can be synchronized,reorganize the community governance organization model of the poverty alleviation and relocation resettlement area,and build the poverty alleviation and relocation resettlement area,three ways of cooperative governance mechanism to achieve community cooperative governance in the poverty alleviation and relocation areas.
