摘要
目的评价集束化护理干预预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法通过采用计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、WOS、CBM、CNKI、WanFang Date、VIP数据库,搜集有关集束化护理干预预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后深静脉血栓形成的随机对照研究(RCT)文献,由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏移风险后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入14个RCT、1560例患者进行Meta分析。分析结果显示,集束化护理组患者的深静脉血栓发生率[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.18,0.39),P=0.000]、D-二聚体(D-D)水平[WMD=-1.22,95%CI(-1.47,0.97),P=0.000]、患者对护理的满意度[OR=5.88,95%CI(3.72,9.31),P=0.000]均优于常规护理组。结论集束化护理干预可显著减少妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后深静脉血栓的发生,降低D-D水平,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of cluster nursing intervention preventing postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods Computer retrieval was employed through PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,WOS,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP databases to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT)literature of cluster nursing intervention preventing deep venous thrombosis postoperative gynecological malignant tumor,and then after two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data,and evaluated the deviation risk of the enrolled study.RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 14 RCT including 1560 patients were enrolled.Meta-analysis results showed that the incidence of deep venous thrombosis[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.18,0.39),P=0.000],D-dimer(D-D)level[WMD=-1.22,95%CI(-1.47,0.97),P=0.000],and satisfaction of nursing in patients[OR=5.88,95%CI(3.72,9.31),P=0.000]in the cluster nursing group were superior to those in the conventional care group.Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumors,decrease D-D level,and improve the satisfaction of nursing in patients.
