摘要
目的研究康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎疾病的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月-2019年7月高唐县人民医院收治的62例盆腔炎患者作为本次课题研究对象,随机分为单一组和联合组各31例。单一组采用盐酸莫西沙星治疗,联合组采用康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果联合组患者各症状消失时间均短于单一组,治疗总有效率高于单一组,总满意率高于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗盆腔炎疾病中应用康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星方案效果明显,患者各种症状得到明显改善,同时患者满意率高,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods From May 2017 to July 2019,62 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Gaotang County People Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into single group and combined group with 31 cases in each group.The single group was treated with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride,and the combined group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance times of various symptoms in the combined group were shorter than those in the single group,the total effective rate was higher than that of single group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that of single group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,the effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride was obvious,and various symptoms of patients were significantly improved,at the same time,the satisfaction rate of patients was high,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
