摘要
本文应用最小割集法,构建液化石油气罐车燃烧爆炸事故树,利用事故树分析软件,解算事故树最小割集与结构重要度大小,并以此为依据,划分了各基本事件在液化石油气罐车双重预防建设中的风险等级,明确了双重预防建设内容,并从人机环管角度提出了相应的管控措施。结果表明:采用最小割集和结构重要度的风险等级划分方法,可以更加准确地、科学地划分风险等级,为双重预防风险分级管控和隐患排查治理的建设提供科学的参考依据。
In this paper,the minimum cut set method was applied to construct the accident tree of LPG tank car com⁃bustion and explosion.The minimum cut set and structural importance of the fault tree were calculated by using the fault tree analysis software.Based on this,the risk level of each basic event in the double prevention construction of LPG tank car was divided,and the construction contents of double prevention were defined,and the corresponding measures were proposed from the perspective of man-machine and environmental management control measures.The results show that the risk classification method based on the minimum cut set and structural importance can more ac⁃curately and scientifically divide the risk level,and provide a scientific reference for the construction of double pre⁃vention risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and control.
