摘要
目的分析2011-2018年南宁市碘盐监测数据,掌握全市居民碘盐食用情况,为制定本地碘缺乏病防治措施提供依据。方法按照《广西碘缺乏病监测方案》进行抽样及样品检测。结果 2011-2018年南宁市共监测居民食盐28 749份,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率(下文简称"三率")分别为99.57%、96.47%、96.06%,盐碘中位数为24.5 mg/kg。结论 2011-2018年南宁市居民碘盐食用情况整体处于良好状态,但受盐业市场开放及监管体制改革影响,2018年个别县"三率"出现滑坡,应积极探索新形势下盐业监管新方法、新举措,同时继续加强碘缺乏病宣传力度。
Objective To analyze the monitoring data of iodized salt in Nanning city from 2011 to 2018,and to master the consumption status of iodized salt,so as to provide scientific references for controlling iodine deficiency disorders.Methods Sampling and sample testing were carried out according to iodine deficiency disorders monitoring program in Guangxi.Results A total of 28 749 salt samples were monitored from 2011 to 2018.The coverage rate of Iodized salt was 99.57%,the qualification rate was 96.47%,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.06%,and the median salt iodine content was 24.5 mg/kg.Conclusion From 2011 to 2018,the consumption of iodized salt in Nanning was in a good state on the whole,but affected by the opening of the salt market and the reform of the supervision system of the salt industry,monitoring index of iodized salt in some individual counties declined sharply in 2018.Therefore,we should actively explore new methods and measures for the supervision of salt industry under the new situation,and continue to strengthen the publicity of iodine deficiency diseases.
