摘要
建筑工程的设计变更贯穿于整个工程的设计施工过程。由于变更后用途及构造发生了变化,相应的措施应进行系统性调整,否则会出现各种问题。本文针对杭州某小区顶层封闭阳台更改为露台后产生的一系列问题,包括普遍出现渗漏水现象等,进行方案分析,以供类似工程参考。
Building engineering design always changes throughout the whole design and construction process.Since the function and structure are different from the original planning after the change,relevant measures should be adjusted systematically.Otherwise,there will be various problems.With regards to the problems happened to the open terrace reconstructed from an enclosed balcony in some residential community of Hangzhou,including common leakage etc.,this article analyzes the solutions for these problems,for the reference of similar projects.
