复杂先天性心脏病术后房室结折返性心动过速射频消融一例 被引量：1

Radiofrequency ablation of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia after operation of complex congenital heart disease: a case report

摘要 复杂先天性心脏病(先心病)术后患者常易合并各种类型快速性心律失常,尤其是Fontan术后患者。本例患者主因"间断心悸2年"入院,11年前诊断"复杂性先心病右位心大动脉转位单心室内脏转位"曾分别于武汉亚洲心脏病医院行双向Gleen术及改良Fontan术。术中明确诊断房室结折返性心动过速,并标测提示存在双房室结,分别于低位房室结及高位房室结放电消融后,心动过速不再诱发。
