摘要
程序性死亡分子1(programmed death ligand 1, PD-L1)是一种表达在免疫细胞(如:CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、树突细胞、巨噬细胞和调节性T细胞)上的一种糖蛋白。在正常情况下,PD-L1的表达可以维持免疫应答的平衡。PI3K信号通路及ZEB1/mir-200双负反馈环机制均可以使PD-L1表达上调。PD-L1过表达会降低血清中干扰素γ和白介素4水平,形成免疫抑制,导致肺癌细胞发生免疫逃逸,增强肺癌细胞的增殖侵袭能力,促进肿瘤的转移,从而导致肺癌的不良预后。
PD-L1(programmed death ligand 1) is a kind of glycoprotein expression in immune cells, such as: CD4 +T cell, CD8+ T cell, dendritic cell, macrophagocyteandregulatory T cell. PD-L1 expression maintains the balance of immune response in normal condition. PIK3 signal path and microRNA-200/ZEB1 axis both up-regulated thePD-L1 level. Over-expressed PD-L1 reduced the level of IFN-γ and IL-4,causing immunosuppression and immune escape, enhanced the lung cancer cell proliferation and invasion ability, promoted tumor cells metastasis and the bad prognosis.
