络合铁天然气脱硫装置贫液循环泵轴封失效分析与优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 某天然气脱硫装置采用络合铁脱硫工艺,在天然气脱硫装置投产过程中,贫液循环泵(离心泵)轴封故障频发,导致脱硫剂贫液泄漏,严重影响了脱硫装置的正常生产运行。贫液循环泵轴封采用机械密封型式,导致脱硫剂泄漏的根本原因是贫液循环泵输送的络合铁贫液中含有单质硫固体颗粒,单质硫加剧了机械密封面的磨损,阻止了机械密封滑动补偿机构移动。为此,从机械密封冲洗方案和机械密封结构两方面对机械密封进行优化设计。在密封结构优化中,为避免单质硫进入机械密封面,在机械密封弹性元件外加装了隔离套,并将密封面材质硬-软组合改为硬-硬组合。经现场应用验证,优化设计后的机械密封运行可靠,有效解决了贫液循环泵机械密封频繁泄漏的问题,大大延长了使用寿命。该种密封结构型式可在今后类似装置贫液循环泵上推广应用。 A natural gas desulfurization unit adopts complex iron desulfurization process.In the putting into production process of natural gas desulfurization unit,the shaft seal failure of lean liquid circulating pump(centrifugal pump)occurs frequently,which leads to the leakage of lean liquid of desulfurizer and seriously affects the normal production and operation of desulfurization unit.The shaft seal of lean liquid circulating pump adopts a mechanical seal type.The root cause of the desulfurizer leakage is that the complex iron lean liquid transported by the lean liquid circulation pump contains solid particles of elemental sulfur,which exacerbates the wear of the mechanical seal cover and prevents the movement of the sliding compensation mechanism of the mechanical seal.Therefore,the mechanical seal design is optimized from two aspects of mechanical seal flushing scheme and mechanical seal structure.In the optimization of the sealing mechanism,in order to avoid the elemental sulfur entering the mechanical sealing surface,an isolation sleeve was installed outside the elastic element of the mechanical seal,and the material of the sealing surface was changed into a hard-hard combination.The field application verifies that the optimized design of mechanical seal is reliable in operation,and it effectively solves the problem of frequent leakage of mechanical seal of lean liquid circulation pump and greatly extends its service life.This type of sealing structure can be popularized and applied in the lean liquid circulation pump of similar devices in the future.
